Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping Policy
Tiny Mighty Toys is a Canadian small business, and we currently ship within Canada only.
Our usual processing time is 3–5 business days. During busy times, such as holidays or special promotions, processing may take 5–10 business days. Each order is packed with care, and we do our best to ship as quickly as possible.
You will receive a shipping confirmation once your package is on the way. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder.
For local customers, we may offer pickup if it becomes available in the future. Any pickup details will be shared during checkout. Please make sure to include a phone number so we can reach you easily.

Return Policy
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your package.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- in its original condition
- unused
- in its original packaging
- accompanied by proof of purchase
To start a return, email us at welcome@tinymightytoys.ca. If your request is approved, you will be asked to send the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a tracked shipping service.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the next steps based on your situation. (Refund details are available on our Refund Policy page.)
Some items cannot be returned:
- personalized or custom-made items
- sale items
- gift bundles
These items are final sale.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can fix the issue quickly.
To help us assist you, please include:
- your order number
- a photo of the damaged or wrong item
- a short description of the issue
The item must be unused and in its original packaging to qualify for a replacement or resolution. You can reach us at welcome@tinymightytoys.ca, and we will take care of the rest.
